Signature Event

The Annual “Black & White” Charity Masquerade Ball Fundraising Event recognizes community works done throughout the year that support the CATNOIR.org mission. Attendees can expect a fun filled evening with, music, entertainment, fine food, libations, photos, guest speaker, silent auction, raffle and much more.
